General Description
“This Is It” has 6 double, fully air-conditioned, enclosed and en-suite cabins that can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 12 people. Two of the cabins have their own private balcony areas. This Is It is an 18,5 metre long pontoon houseboat powered by 2 Volvo D20 engines and equipped with 2 7.5KVA generators. The vessel has 2 solar geysers and a solar inverter lighting system, the boat is extremely energy efficient and silent. There is a modern fully equipped Kitchen on board that uses gas and electricity.
A surround sound home theater, flat screen TV with DSTV Compact plus a DVD player ensures that everyone is able to watch their favourite programmes and movies. The open plan design ensures that you can view the lakes’ offerings from the comfort of the lounge and dining area. Adjacent to the bar area is an outdoor plunge pool.
The open top deck offers ample space to soak up the Kariba sun and enjoy magnificent sunsets over sundowners. There is a viewing platform for game viewing if you fancy a change of environment.
Tender Boats
2 pontoon type Tender boats available for game viewing, fishing or cruising.
Please Note: Tender Boats are for fishing and game drives, distance dependant on fuel available. Clients are permitted to drive the boats IF they produce a valid Skippers Licence, otherwise the boats are strictly crew driven. If you would like to bring your own speedboat to be towed behind the houseboat, one of the houseboat tenders will be left behind, as towing 3 boats causes damage (please bring your own rope for towing and fuel.)
