Dema Villa is a privately owned B&B situated in the suburb of Greendale in our capital city of Harare. It is very conveniently located near many local amenities, with the airport only a 20 minute drive away, and the city centre a mere 5 minutes drive. Dema Villa offers true Zimbabwean hospitality in the form of either a Bed and Breakfast stay, with dinner available upon request. Or for those preferring to do their own meals, the rooms are equipped to self-cater.
The property is linked to the national grid, but if there are power outages, there is a back-up generator, and solar power for the entire property. Water is provided by borehole and stored in 2 x 5000 litre water tanks, and is safe to drink. Dema Villa has a wall around the entire property and is therefore secure, with access through an electric gate.
There are currently 4 self-catering rooms and a thatched family rondavel. Each room comes with the following extra services:

- Chromecast TV (which allows guests to watch free streaming programs from google in the comfort of their rooms.)
Family Rondavel
- The spacious thatched rondavel has its own verandah that leads into the lounge and kitchen area through teak sliding doors;
- The lounge has a comfortable lounge suit, piano and flat screen TV with full DSTV; and two single beds
- The open plan kitchen is fully fitted (fridge, 4 plate stove with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery);
- Dining room table with chairs;
- Complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar, rusks and cordial drinks;
- The bedroom has a double bed with crisp 100% percale linen, hair dryer, fan and heater;
- En-suite bathroom has a toilet, basin and shower with gas geyser.
Room 1
- A verandah with aluminium sliding door (and trelli-door for extra security) leads into the lounge and kitchen area;
- The lounge has comfortable chairs, side tables, dining room table and chairs;
- Flat screen TV with chromecast viewing;
- The kitchen is open plan and fully fitted (Fridge, 2 plate stove with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery);
- Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk, rusks and cordial drinks;
- The bedroom has a 2 single beds with crisp 100% percale linen, fan, heater and hair drier. An interleading door with unit 2 can be opened on request for families or friends;
- En-suite bathroom has a toilet, basin, bath with shower, gas geyser and full length mirror.
Room 2
- A verandah with aluminium sliding door leads into the lounge and kitchen area;
- The lounge has comfortable chairs with side tables. Inter leading doors with unit 1 and 3 can be opened on request for families or friends;
- The kitchen is open plan and fully fitted (Fridge, 2 plate stove with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery);
- Complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar, rusks and cordial drinks;
- The bedroom has a double bed with crisp 100% percale linen, hair dryer, fan, heater and flat screen TV with chromecast viewing;
- En-suite bathroom has a bath, shower, basin, gas geyser and separate toilet.
Room 3
- A verandah with aluminium sliding door leads into the lounge and kitchen area;
- The lounge has comfortable chairs and inter leading doors with units 2 and 4 that can be opened on request for families or friends;
- The kitchen is open plan and fully fitted (Fridge, 2 plate stove with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery);
- Complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar, rusks and cordial drinks;
- The bedroom has a double bed with crisp 100% percale linen, hair dryer, fan, heater and flat screen TV with chromecast viewing;

Room 4

- En-suite bathroom has a toilet, basin and shower with digitally controlled solar geyser (with electricity back up) as well as a gas geyser.
Aside from the family rondavel and self-catering rooms, there is also a lovely swimming pool surrounded by lush lawns, with a central entertainment area that guests are able to use. The entertainment area has comfortable chairs, access to high speed Wi-Fi internet, a TV, braai facilities (barbeque), kitchen, honesty bar, fireplace, darts and a small snooker table.
Dema Villa is the ideal place to stay when in Harare, whether as an individual on a business trip or as a family on holiday to the city. The Villa is child friendly and offers discounts for stays longer than 7 days.
