Mukuku Rest Camp is located not far from the town of Rundu in the remote area of Mupapama on the embankment of the Kavango River. A perfect stop-over, situated halfway en-route between Etosha National Park in Namibia and Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe (co-ordinates: S17˚52.425’ E20˚16.918’).
Mukuku’s central entertainment area overlooks the Kavango River with Angola on the opposite side of the river. There are a variety of spaces where you can relax and enjoy the view, from the bar or dining area on the comfortable deck.

There is full cell phone signal at the lodge, as well as free Wi-Fi. Electricity is provided off the main grid, as well as with solar, and hot water is generated by electric geysers.
For those that want to explore the area and culture, Mukuku Rest Camp offers some activities and cultural experience, such as:

- Explore the Kavango River on a mukoro (wato) traditional boat.

Mukuku Rest Camp is a lovely and intimate camp, that is owner run which gives it a special, personal feel. A lot of detail has gone in to each and every aspect of the camp, with something different to find when exploring the beautiful gardens and grounds.
