Shongwe Oasis Boutique Lodge & Spa, is situated in the suburbs of Victoria Falls town, 1 kilometre from the shops, and just over 2 kilometers walk from the Victoria Falls themselves. The lodge is located right next door to it’s “sister” lodge, Shongwe Lookout, with Oasis guests having access to the unique Lookout Tower next door. This is a 2 storey platform, with magnificent views of the surrounding town, the Zambezi River, and sometimes you can even see the spray from the Victoria Falls. Also located in the lookout tower is a small gallery selling artwork by the locally based artist Nicole Sanderson. Shongwe Oasis has a unique selling point in that it is the very first adults only lodge in Victoria Falls.
Shongwe Oasis has a beautiful infinity swimming pool located just off the central entertainment area, with sun loungers and staff available to ensure you are able to enjoy this setting to the maximum. The gardens around the lodge are lush and thick, giving guests a tropical, intimate feel. The entertainment area boasts a gourmet restaurant and bar, with an aromatic coffee station supporting a locally roasted artisan coffee produced in Zimbabwe called Mushe Coffee. One of our favourite meals is the eggs Benedict with BEETROOT hollandaise sauce!
