1618 The Falls is a newly built luxury villa situated in a lovely part of the suburbs of Victoria Falls town, only around 4kms from the Falls themselves. From the moment you drive in and see the feature waterfall built into the front of the building – you know this villa is something special, and that a lot of thought has gone in to the entire building. The owners of 1618 specifically built it in amongst the local indigenous trees, taking out as few as possible, and also cleverly built it so it faces east to west, allowing the natural breeze to flow through the villa. Also, most of the furniture and timber used was made from reclaimed pine shelving from an old warehouse that dates back to 1935 and originates from British Columbia.
The Luxury Villa has been built in an open-plan layout encompassing the kitchen, dining area, and main lounge, (complete with a flat-screen TV). There are 4 en-suite bedroom suites that lead off either to the right or left of this main area. Located at the opposite end of the villa from the entry point is an outdoor entertainment area, which is accessed from the lounge through floor to ceiling stacking doors. This outdoor space features a 12-seater dining table, a gas BBQ, a drinks fridge with an ice machine and handy prep area. The sun deck includes a swimming pool and loungers, all overlooking the beautifully landscaped gardens
There is a 2nd level floor, accessed by a wonderful staircase, which is where the games room and another seating area (commonly known as the sunset lounge) are located. This is also attractively set out in an open-plan format, making it a popular place for families to hang out. The games area has a pool table, jukebox, pinball machine, foosball table, and even an arcade video game machine – ideal for keeping kids and teenagers busy!
The 4 luxury en-suite bedroom suites have been designed with flexibility in mind, featuring twin beds that can be effortlessly converted into a luxurious king-sized set-up to accommodate different guest preferences. Each suite also boasts a private en-suite bathroom, with:
• 2 suites feature both an indoor and outdoor walk-in rainfall shower;
• 2 suites include an indoor shower and a bathtub (no outdoor shower).
The bathrooms are equipped with a vanity unit with a basin and a mirror and have a built-in corner bench in the indoor showers. Guest amenities are also included. Each suite features floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto a spacious private balcony, offering peaceful views of the surrounding gardens. The balconies also serve as designated smoking areas, providing a quiet and comfortable outdoor space for relaxation.
All of the bedroom Suites have the following amenities:

- In-room safes to store valuables securely;
- Spacious cupboards and dressers for storage;
- International plug sockets including USB & USB-C charging ports for easy connectivity;

There is an on-site maid on duty every day, as well as an off-site Hostess. 1618 The Falls is inclusive of bed and breakfast, being either a continental or full English breakfast. There are also a wide range of teas & coffees included, with daily laundry available. There is Wi-Fi and on site cell phone for local calls only. For those not wanting to cook, meals can be organised, in advance, for an additional fee.
