Kabakwe Guest Lodge is an owner managed and operated lodge in a newly developed residential suburb of Victoria Falls town. The international Victoria Falls Airport is only 18kms away – making this lodge ideal for guests to access, and the falls themselves is a short 5kms drive away. The owners of Kabakwe pride themselves on the lodge having a “hands-on approach and a genuine love for Victoria Falls.”
Kabakwe is the sister lodge to Nguni Lodge which is a popular B&B with families travelling to Victoria Falls, as it is a smaller, more intimate B&B. The owners of Nguni saw a need for a slightly bigger lodge, that still has the same atmosphere, but could accommodate larger groups and families.
Kabakwe has 4 different types of rooms: Standard, Deluxe, Superior & Family.
Standard Room x 1 (28sqm / 301 sq ft)
The Standard Room is the most compact category at Kabakwe Lodge and an excellent choice for the budget-conscious traveller who does not wish to compromise on quality. Thoughtfully designed and elegantly finished, the room offers air conditioning, a free-standing fan, and a secure in-room safe. A tea and coffee station and mosquito net are included, ensuring a comfortable and well-appointed stay with all essential comforts in place.
Deluxe Rooms x 14 (31sqm / 334 sq ft)
The Deluxe Room is Kabakwe’s flagship offering, balancing space, comfort, and understated elegance. Spacious and tastefully decorated, it features a large walk-in shower and carefully selected furnishings that reflect the lodge’s contemporary African style. Guests enjoy efficient air conditioning, a free-standing fan for additional comfort, and the convenience of an in-room safe and tea and coffee station. A mosquito net is fitted over the bed, completing the room’s calm and restful atmosphere.
Superior Rooms x 2 (32sqm / 344 sq ft)
The Superior Room is the most luxurious category at Kabakwe Lodge, designed for guests seeking added space and indulgence. Elegantly styled and generously proportioned, this room features a free standing bath and refined finishes throughout, creating a calm and sophisticated retreat.
