The Victorian Manor (which was opened in 2023) is part of the Bayete Collection, which is a family owned and run company, that has made a name for itself in the tourism industry in Victoria Falls and Hwange. This intimate, luxurious guest lodge is located in the suburbs of Victoria Falls Town, only around 4kms from the Victoria Falls themselves.
The Victorian Manor has lush green gardens, surrounded by a wall and electric gate, with a beautiful swimming pool that is located at the front of the main building. The guest lodge boasts various types of intimate accommodation to choose from. There are 6 suites, 2 Villas and 2 Casas. The owners have made a huge effort to “offer a unique and intimate ambiance, adorned with an eclectic collection of statues and artwork.”
The main building has 3 levels, with the ground floor having a great entertainment area which boasts a pool table, with arms chairs for those enjoying the games. Adjacent to this is a lounge with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV, and next to this is an old fashioned style bar room!
The 1st floor houses the large dining area, as well as another smaller lounge, and a balcony with seating that overlooks the swimming pool and front garden. Two suites are located on this floor.
The 2nd floor is where three other Suites are located, accessed by a beautifully intricate, spiral staircase.
